Mom + Kid Style
Emma and I always seem to be wearing matching colors and I don't know if it's because she dresses like an adult or I dress like a kid. All I know is I'm freaking out about an upcoming charity event at Emma's School which involves two things that terrify me, one is speaking in Portuguese and the other one is crowds of super-moms. I mean, turban-wearing, gym-goer, not-working moms that will make the most amazing/healthy things for the bake sale and still look like they just came out a spa. I'm bringing cupcakes with lots of icing and food coloring. Lord help me! — making me happy.

  3. You' ll do just fine, I have full faith in that. However I was surprised to see you are afraid of speaking in portuguese as where I was thinking you' d be fluent in it!

    1. I understand everything and speak pretty fluently but I have an accent and usually the conversation shifts to me and where I'm from. I get very nervous. All I want is to just fly under the radar and make more friends at E's School.

  7. You're a super mom, and Emma's the proof! How many mamas are as stylish or talented as you are–and before you can start listing names, I'm telling you there aren't any!
