It's been so noisy inside my head lately. It's a good kind of noise but at the same time it gets a little overwhelming and I immediately switch into travel day-dreaming mode, that's my reaction every time I want out of my head and since my trip is not until August I decided to yoga again. The perfect mind-body exercise for a helpless A.D.D like myself.
So this week I'm grateful for the calming and empowering effects of yoga, Miss Emma's upcoming birthday which in a turn of events will just be a get-together with a trip to the cinema for E's bff and her mom which happens to be my bff, followed by ice cream, followed by time at the beach and by supper at E's favorite Italian restaurant. I'm thinking spinach ravioli already.
