I often eat what Katie ate.
So I'm one the the biggest "Katie" fans out there and my passion only gets stronger as this amazing blog becomes one of the top reads for foodies and oozes perfection. I often search online for recipes (even though I own more cookbooks than shoes) and "What Katie Ate" is one of my favorite stops. The recipes above have been tested by me (several times) and I highly recommend you get in the kitchen on a Summer night, take your shoes off, pour yourself a glass of wine and cook until your heart's content.

01. Pearl Barley Salad
02. Spaghetti
03. Cake
04. Panzanella

  10. I love that you have more cookbooks than shoes! I'm finally beginning to learn to experiment with food (without the outcome being disastrous), but I have so much to learn! These look KIND OF amazing.

    1. After writing that I went to my kitchen and closet to make sure I was giving accurate information and confirmed I own more cook books than shoes by a wonder 6 books haha!

I've always been a foodie, I have a family that loves cooking, eating, scouting restaurants, drinking wine and speaking very loudly. I'd love to see what you're making in the kitchen.
