Let's leave the breakfast topic for a while and move on to tasty suppers, yes? This is one of my favorite Summer dishes for two very simple reasons. One it is incredibly tasty and two it is very affordable. You tuna haters may not agree with me but tuna can be a heavenly thing. I love canned tuna in water and use it regularly for subs, salads and pasta.
This pasta dish is also one of my E's faves because we basically attack our veggie drawer and freely throw them on the grill while our pasta cooks in bubbling hot water.
If you are a detox junkie this recipe goes very well within week 4 of your detox program and you can can fin and print the recipe right here.
What are your thoughts on tuna, love it? hate it?
