I've been on and off the internet this week and it's been challenging at best - but as I browsed through Marcel Christ's portfolio last night I started to get a bigger and wider smile on my face. I don't know why but his set of Powder Colours photos makes me so happy. Marcel is a Netherlands based photographer and known for his mastery of still lifes which lend an unmistakable life-force to ordinary objects, transforming jewels, shoes and liquids into sleek art forms.
